We're building the calmest way to learn a language.
VoiGu was started in 2021 by three friends who'd collectively quit eight language apps. We thought we could do better. Five years and 2.4M learners later, we're just getting started.
What we believe

Vocabulary apps gave us a generation of fluent flashcard readers. We're optimizing for the only metric that matters: did you talk today?

Habit, not hectoring.
We don't shame, we don't dark-pattern. Streak Freeze, gentle reminders, and absolutely no notifications between 10pm and 7am.

70+ courses, one tutor.
Same Gu, just multilingual. Building a language app means caring as much about Welsh and Cherokee as we do about Spanish.

Privacy by design.
Your voice samples never leave the device for transcription. We're not in the data-resale business — we sell subscriptions.
